The Pony Expressions Recording Sessions
On Wednesday, April 24, 2019, The Brains Behind Pa gathered at Postal Recording in Indianapolis, Indiana to begin recording material for a new album. Over five years later, the band has recorded enough material for three full-length albums, the first of which is planned for release in late summer of 2024.
The band which consists of Garry Bole, Gordon Bonham, Bill Price and Jeff Stone have utilized some additional musicians and singers on various tracks as well as seven different drummers. Tyler Watkins of Postal Recording is engineering the sessions and co-producing with the band.
A series of video “snippets” — short, behind-the-scenes video of the band working in the studio will be released intermittently over the next few months in the lead-up to the albums release.
