The Brains Behind Pa have completed the first of three full-length albums. Titled, Beggars Belief, the album has 13 new, original songs. The record has been recorded, mixed and mastered. That artwork is being finalized and it will be sent out for replication within days.
Over five and a half years of studio recording, dubbed “The Pony Expressions Recording Sessions,” have yielded nearly 40 songs. The styles are varied, but certainly fall into the Americana, folk, rock and blues mixture that The Brains Behind Pa have focused on from day one. They maintain the Brain’s slogan: Always True. Never Slick.
The songs were written by Bill Price. The band includes the four members (Bill Price, Garry Bole, Gordon Bonham and Jeff Stone), but utilizes some additional players and singers.
